Audience: CEOs, executives, owners from small, family-owned up to large, integrated packaging companies

- Report to the A/V table one hour before you are slated to give your presentation so a technician can affix a lavaliere microphone to your lapel.
- A wireless slide advancer will be available, and you will be able to view slides from a confidence monitor at the base of the stage. If you have problems seeing from a distance, make sure to bring glasses with you to the podium.
We recommend following these simple guidelines when putting your presentation together:
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint. If you plan to use a different slide program, indicate it on the Speaker Questionnaire on the following page.
- Make sure you create your presentation in the widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio. Click here for help if necessary.
- Use an easy-to-read font in a size of 28 or larger with no more than 5 talking points per slide. Remember, because attendees will be reading your slides from a distance, your font size should be as large as possible. Large images and graphics are also highly recommended.
