Membership Application

Any firm, partnership, or corporation actively engaged outside the U.S. or its territories or possessions, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada, that is in the manufacture and sale of paperboard packaging. International principal members are eligible to participate in all programs and services.

Any firm, partnership or corporation actively and regularly engaged in the manufacture and/or distribution of equipment, materials, or accessories used in the manufacture of paperboard packages, including mechanical packaging, shall be qualified to become an Associate Member of the Council upon the terms and conditions prescribed in these By-Laws. Provided, however, that no company shall be eligible to become an Associate Member if it, or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated corporation is qualified to become a Principal Member of the Council.

Any firm, partnership, or corporation actively and regularly engaged in the United States or its territories or possessions, Mexico, or Canada, in the fabrication or manufacture of and sale of paperboard packaging shall be qualified to become a Principal member of the Council upon the terms and conditions prescribed.

Any firm, partnership, or corporation actively engaged in the manufacture and/or distribution of equipment, materials, or accessories used in the manufacture of only rigid boxes (not folding cartons). No company shall be eligible to become a Rigid Box Associate Member if it or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated corporation is qualified to become a Principal Member.
